Jehan (she/her) is a strategist, storyteller, and equity-driven leader who believes that resourcing social change should be just as bold as the change itself. As Director of Development at ChangeLine, she leads cross-functional strategies to secure funding, steward donor relationships, and drive community investment in initiatives that advance health equity and systems transformation across the Pikes Peak region.

Jehan brings nearly two decades of experience spanning public education, grants strategy, public policy, and nonprofit leadership. She has secured and managed federal and foundation grants, designed scalable fundraising campaigns, and built strong cross-sector partnerships that turn big ideas into measurable impact. Prior to joining ChangeLine, she founded Khan Edtech, a nationally recognized consulting firm that supports edtech companies and school systems across the country by designing inclusive learning programs, scaling teacher training systems, and centering community voice in innovation.

She has served on several boards and advisory committees focused on women’s rights, civil liberties, and culturally responsive education. Jehan is a 2025 Piton Leadership Fellow with Gary Community Ventures and a 2024 Comcast RISE grantee for her work elevating teacher voices in education technology.

She currently serves on the artist roster at the Manitou Art Center, where she explores cultural memory and identity through digital collage. Jehan lives in Manitou Springs with her cat, Bernie Quarantino, and finds joy in solo travel, hiking, collecting national park passport stamps, and trying new foods wherever she goes.
