At ChangeLine, our values of disruption, tenacity, authenticity, curiosity, and co-creation shape how we show up in our work. We exist to challenge and reimagine the systems in our society because those systems weren't built with everyone in mind. Racism, ableism, anti-LGBTQ+ rhetoric, and other forms of systemic oppression continue to harm the health and wellbeing of entire communities. These injustices are deeply embedded in our institutions, and they have a real impact on people’s lives.

From our work supporting the LGBTQ+ community through Prism Community Collective, to the way we facilitate cross-sector collaboration on suicide prevention and homelessness, we work to center the voices of people with lived experience. We hold ourselves accountable - reflecting often, asking hard questions, and learning strategically - so that we grow alongside the communities we serve.
