Rachel (she/her) is a creative, community-centered strategist who works alongside organizations and collaboratives to transform insight into meaningful, measurable action. With 15 years of experience leading community-driven initiatives, she excels at demystifying data, translating research into tangible practice, and facilitating impactful stakeholder engagement strategies. In her role as Director of Learning and Impact at ChangeLine, Rachel works with subject matter experts to develop and measure approaches to improving broken systems by combining researched best-practices with community wisdom and culturally responsive approaches.

Prior to joining ChangeLine, Rachel worked as an advocate for young people, and the adults who support them. She was first introduced to the power of community voice through her work elevating youth voice in cross-sector collaborative efforts in Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN. Most recently, she served as a national Director of Quality Improvement with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where she co-led the organization's quality improvement initiatives, including facilitating LGBTQ+ inclusion and racial equity programs with over 4,000 affiliate organizations. She is a certified coach and field consultant with the Forum for Youth Investment and works with leaders across the country to create transformative spaces for young people through assessment and continuous improvement processes.

Rachel is passionate about the power of collective action and is known for creating spaces where stakeholders can peel back the layers of a problem until the core can be addressed, shared goals can be identified, and actionable solutions can be implemented. She believes that transformation is possible when we slow down, ask difficult questions, and build with, not for, our communities.
