Holly is a connector of dots between people, programs, systems, and possibilities. She thrives in guided chaos, helping teams make sense of complexity and move work forward with clarity and intention.

She holds a master's degree in Experiential Education and brings experience shaped by work in higher education and nonprofits. Her work spans youth development and conservation and now extends into community health—fields connected by a shared commitment to learning, service, and collective wellbeing.

Across her roles, Holly has focused on strengthening how teams plan and follow through, while helping make impact visible through storytelling and data. She approaches this work with an emphasis on thoughtful workflows and continuous learning, prioritizing adaptability and shared understanding to support strong decision-making over time.

While her work is grounded in process and structure, outside of work Holly leans into unstructured joy, spending time in nature, getting creative in the kitchen, behind a camera, or diving into whatever project has caught her attention (often one she thinks will take an hour, and ends up taking far longer than “planned”).
