Accounting Partner

Joe (he/him) leads the accounting efforts at ChangeLine, providing tailored financial insight and hands-on support through his company, Crystal Clear Solutions (CCS). A licensed CPA, Joe holds a bachelor’s and master’s in accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and has over 20 years experience in the field. He specializes in nonprofit accounting and finds deep purpose in supporting organizations that need a CPA who understands and cares about their work.

Outside of accounting, Joe enjoys playing guitar, traveling to national parks or new cities, and going to concerts.
